Intro EMS Training Session – $120 (in studio)

Your first session is designed to introduce you to the EMS experience from start to finish. During this appointment, we’ll calibrate the suit to your body’s unique settings, allowing us to tailor the muscle stimulation to your fitness level and goals. You’ll be guided through a full-body workout, followed by a post-session lymphatic drainage recovery setting to help reduce soreness and promote circulation.

If you love your session and decide to purchase a training package, we’ll apply this intro session as part of your package — so your first session becomes complimentary when you purchase a package.
